University Assessment Services' (UAS) staff works exclusively in the area of student learning outcomes assessment. In addition to conducting institution-wide projects at multiple points of students’ academic and co-curricular experiences, the staff is available as consultants and co-researchers on class, department/school, and unit assessment projects. University Assessment Services also functions as a central location where assessment-related information can be found.
Assessment is and shall continue to be a high priority for Illinois State University. The institution is committed to valuing, supporting, and rewarding assessment-related activities that are led by the complementary and collaborative efforts of its faculty, staff, and students.
